I've spent over 15 years working in and running independent businesses, managing everything from finances and day-to-day operations to customers, suppliers, systems and all the little jobs that nobody really thinks about until they don't get done.
I know what it's like when you're trying to grow a business while also being the person who remembers everything, organises everything and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
